PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

David Ramirez joins Titan Technologies as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Titan Technologies, David served as President of Global Government at FireEye, Inc. responsible for the cyber security company’s sales strategy for public sector markets in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Before FireEye, David was president of L-3 National Security Solution global sector business responsible for Federal Civilian, State & Local and International business. He spent over 19 years at L-3 National Security Solutions and held numerous technical and management positions.

David completed the executive leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business in 2013. He holds a B.S. in Geography from California State University, Chico and a M.S. in Natural Resources Management from California State University, Humboldt. David was inducted into the 2016 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in government contracting.
